Unlike our classroom-based learning where students learn a pre-set topic as a group, Flexi lets them bring whatever work they need help with – without the hefty costs of a 1-to-1 session.

FAQs about Flexi tuition
How does this differ to your main classes?
Our main group classes work like a second school. Students are grouped by their year groups and taught a specific topic, as a class, for the entire lesson. By doing this throughout the year, the goal is to cover most of the curriculum.
FLEXI tuition on the other hand is a group of students from they same Key Stage, all getting individual attention. You/your child decides what work they’d like to bring in and get help with, and a qualifed tutor will support them.
What will my child learn?
You will need to send your child with whatever workbook, exam papers or resources you wish for them to learn. Flexi tuition is designed to help your child target their specific needs, so it works better if the student brings in their own work. (Of course, the tutors can supplement this with extra print-outs if required).
Can you help my child with school work?
Absolutely. If your child brings in their school work, the tutor can help your child better understand what they need to do – without necessarily doing the work for them!
How do payments work?
Tuition fees are paid upfront for 2-4 weeks at a time, with discounts available for longer-term payments. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, childcare vouchers or PayPal.
What days and times are the lessons?
We have several timetable options throughout the week, including weekday evenings and weekends. Get in touch for more information.
How many students are there in a class?
Group sizes are limited to 5-6 at most to allow every student plenty of individual attention.
How long will it take for me to see results in my child’s progression?
This is a question that truly reflects on each individual student and how much contribution to homework, classwork and revision they are willing to undertake. More or less, all of the students at Talent Engaged Tuition are dedicated and passionate students who want to learn and want to do well and are supported strongly by their families. On average, we have noticed that students can move up 1-2 academic levels in about 6-8 months of joining. We are here for your child to progress!
